Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Supervisor specifically within the Steel Fabrication industry.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of welding processes, structural steel assembly, and reading complex engineering blueprints.
Leadership: Ability to manage a multicultural workforce, ensuring high productivity and adherence to deadlines.
Safety: Strong commitment to industrial safety protocols (HSE) on the fabrication floor.
Location: Candidates must be ready to work in the Mina Abdullah industrial area.
Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Manage daily fabrication activities, ensuring all structural steel components meet project specifications and quality standards.
Workflow Optimization: Coordinate with the design and engineering departments to streamline production schedules and resource allocation.
Quality Control: Supervise in-process inspections and final checks to ensure compliance with international fabrication codes.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of welders, fitters, and fabricators.
Material Management: Oversee the efficient use of raw materials and consumables to minimize waste and optimize production costs.

المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مثبتة كمشرف وتحديداً في مجال تصنيع الهياكل الفولاذية (Steel Fabrication).
المعرفة الفنية: فهم عميق لعمليات اللحام، وتجميع الهياكل الحديدية، وقراءة المخططات الهندسية المعقدة.
القيادة: القدرة على إدارة عمالة متعددة الجنسيات، وضمان الإنتاجية العالية والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
السلامة: التزام قوي ببروتوكولات السلامة الصناعية (HSE) داخل المصنع.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم جاهزاً للعمل في منطقة ميناء عبد الله الصناعية.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف على الإنتاج: إدارة أنشطة التصنيع اليومية، وضمان مطابقة جميع المكونات الفولاذية لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
تحسين سير العمل: التنسيق مع الأقسام الهندسية والتصميم لتبسيط جداول الإنتاج وتوزيع الموارد.
ضبط الجودة: الإشراف على فحوصات الجودة أثناء العمل والفحص النهائي لضمان الامتثال لأكواد التصنيع الدولية.
إدارة الفريق: قيادة وتوجيه وتقييم أداء اللحامين والفنيين والحدادين.
إدارة المواد: الإشراف على الاستخدام الفعال للمواد الخام لتقليل الفاقد وتحسين تكاليف الإنتاج.
