Expertise: Deep knowledge of luxury finishing techniques, premium material selection, and intricate architectural detailing.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in MEP coordination, ensuring architectural designs align perfectly with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Project History: Proven success in managing high-end residential projects, specifically luxury villas in the Kuwaiti market.
Quality Focus: Exceptional skills in quality control, snagging, and resolving complex technical/design conflicts on-site.
Leadership: Strong ability to supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
Finishing Phase Oversight: Lead the finishing stages of luxury villa projects, ensuring every detail reflects the design intent and exceeds client expectations.
Systems Integration: Act as the primary coordinator between architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Site Management: Supervise on-site activities to maintain strict project timelines and superior quality standards.
Technical Resolution: Identify and resolve design discrepancies and technical conflicts before they impact the project’s finishing quality.

الخبرة التخصصية: معرفة عميقة بتقنيات التشطيب الفاخرة، واختيار المواد الممتازة، والتفاصيل المعمارية الدقيقة.
الكفاءة الفنية: خبرة واسعة في تنسيق أعمال MEP، لضمان توافق التصاميم المعمارية تماماً مع الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأسلاك.

القيادة: قدرة قوية على الإشراف على الفرق الميدانية ومقاولي الباطن لضمان تنفيذ خالٍ من العيوب.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف على التشطيبات: قيادة مراحل التشطيب في مشاريع الفيلات الفاخرة، مع ضمان أن كل تفصيل يعكس جوهر التصميم وتوقعات العميل.
تكامل الأنظمة: العمل كمنسق رئيسي بين الفرق المعمارية وفرق MEP لضمان التكامل السلس والوظيفي.
إدارة الموقع: الإشراف على الأنشطة الميدانية للحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية الصارمة ومعايير الجودة المتفوقة.
الحلول الفنية: تحديد وحل التناقضات التصميمية والتعارضات التقنية قبل أن تؤثر على جودة التشطيب النهائي.
رضا العملاء: ضمان أن التسليم النهائي يلبي المعايير الرفيعة المطلوبة للمشاريع السكنية الفاخرة.
