- Since inception we concentrated in industrial constructions & trading and over the years earned reputation to do industrial buildings, structural & miscellaneous fabrications & installations, general trading operations etc. with local and international companies operating in kuwait.
- In early 2007 AL SEEB commissioned P.U. SANDWHICH PANEL FACTORY to cater the needs of industrial building , ware houses & cold storages, portable building/shelters, communication shelters etc.
- We represent & collaborate also with various multinational suppliers & manufacturers also and joint-venture wih them to execute project of higher magnititude.
- AL SEEB has been upgraded to heavy industry by issuing heavy industrial licence for structural/ misellaneious steel fabrications by public authority for industry of kuwait to execute 5150 tons of steel projects per year.

Requirements
Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of site experience and strong execution skills.
Site Supervisors: 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Residency: Must hold a valid transferable work permit (Visa 18).
Expertise: Hands-on experience in site activities and coordination is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Project Execution: Oversee daily site activities to ensure the Revegetation Project stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
Technical Supervision: Manage field teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize resource allocation.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
Reporting: Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on site performance and milestones.

المتطلبات
مهندس مدني: درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة ميدانية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ومهارات قوية في التنفيذ.
مشرفو موقع: خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التخصص المعني (مدني، ميكانيك، أو كهرباء).
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
الإقامة: يجب توفر إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
الخبرة: الخبرة العملية المباشرة في أنشطة الموقع والتنسيق الميداني هي شرط إلزامي.
المسؤوليات
تنفيذ المشروع: الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع لضمان سير مشروع إعادة التشجير وفق الجدول الزمني ومعايير الجودة.
الإشراف الفني: إدارة الفرق الميدانية في التخصصات المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية لضمان التكامل السلس للعمل.
تنسيق الموقع: التواصل مع مديري المشاريع والجهات المعنية لحل التحديات الفنية وتحسين تخصيص الموارد.
السلامة والامتثال: فرض الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح البيئية في الموقع.
إعداد التقارير: مراقبة التقدم وإعداد تقارير مفصلة حول أداء الموقع ومراحل الإنجاز.
