- منذ بداية إنشاء المجموعة سعى المدير الشريك بحكم دراسته الجامعية وخبراته في مجالي (الإدارة، الحقوق) إلى إدارة المجموعة طبقاً لمفهوم الشركة القانونية في وقت كانت تدار فيه المكاتب بمفهوم (مكاتب المحاماة التقليدية) واضعاً نصب عينيه تجاوز النطاق المحلي ومنافسة المكاتب الزميلة الدولية وساعد هذا التوجه على التطوّر السريع للمجموعة وذلك من خلال التركيز على وضع برامج تدريب مكثفة لفريق العمل القانوني مع السعي الحثيث لخلق روج الفريق الواحد الامر الذي سهّل على المجموعة تجاوز معايير الجودة التي حددتها إدارة (الأيزو) وحصلت على شهادتها منذ ما يقارب على العشرون عاماً بالإضافة إلى الاستمرار في استقطاب الخبراء في المجالات القانونية المختلفة وكذلك التوجه لافتتاح فروع للمجموعة في الدول ذات النشاط الاقتصادي الواعد والانضمام الى التجمعات الدولية القانونية المختلفة والاستفادة من وسائل الاتصال الحديثة للانفتاح على العالم.
- سعت مجموعتنا القانونية ولا تزال إلى استقراء التغيّرات المستقبلية وإعداد وتأهيل أعضاء من فريق العمل لاستيعاب الجوانب القانونية لهذه المتغيّرات وقد تمثّل ذلك في إعداد الدراسات القانونية المتخصصة ونشرها في مجلة الكترونية نصف شهرية مجازه من قبل الجهات الرسمية تحت مسمى (مجلة المجموعة القانونية) وكذلك توفير المراجع المتخصصة لتلك التجارب من دول العالم المختلفة لبحثها وتحليلها من قبل قسم الدراسات القانونية بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع مكاتب دولية ذات خبره طويله في تلك التخصصات، وأيضا المتابعة الحثيثة لمشاريع القوانين والمساهمة في التعليق عليها ويقوم قسم التنسيق والمتابعة في القسم الدولي بنشر تلك الدراسات والنشرات وإرسالها إلى نخبة مختارة ممن يرغبون في متابعة تلك المتغيّرات من الأشخاص الطبيعيين والاعتباريين والذين تصلهم منشوراتنا بشكل دوري.
- كما نفخر بتقديم العديد من الاستشارات القانونية ونحرص على أن تكون الإجابة وافية وإن تصاغ بأسلوب مباشر يسهّل على المتلقي استيعابه إذ تعدّ بدايةً من قبل أحد الزملاء المتخصصين ثم تراجع من قبل أحد المستشارين الأكفاء المتفرغين لأعمال المراجعة والتقييم وعند الحاجة يتم عقد اجتماع مكوّن من ثلاثة مستشارين أو أكثر لاعتماد الرأي النهائي الذي يرسل للموكل.
