📍 Hiring Locally (Kuwait):
Graphic Designer (Male/Female): Creative professional to lead visual branding and digital assets.
Call Center Agent (Female - Arab Nationality): Bilingual professional with excellent communication skills for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities (Cost Controller Specialist)
Financial Analysis: Costing tender menus, banquet functions, and recipes; proposing sales prices based on target cost percentages.
Discrepancy Investigation: Monitoring quantity, quality, and price differences and reporting unresolved issues to management.
Reporting: Preparing comprehensive monthly Cost of Sales reports and month-end financial information.
Inventory Oversight: Verifying month-end inventories and cross-checking postings from storekeepers and receiving clerks.
General Requirements
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience relevant to the specific role applied for (Hospitality/F&B experience highly preferred for Costing and Operations).
Communication: Strong English proficiency for roles hired from India; Arabic/English bilingualism for the Call Center position.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (for Designers) or financial/accounting software (for Cost Controllers).
Professionalism: Ability to provide timely observations and data to support management decisions.

📍 التوظيف المحلي (الكويت):
مصمم جرافيك (ذكر/أنثى): محترف مبدع لقيادة العلامة التجارية المرئية والأصول الرقمية.
موظفة مركز اتصال (إناث - جنسية عربية): محترفة تجيد التواصل للتعامل مع العملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية (أخصائي مراقبة التكاليف)
التحليل المالي: تسعير قوائم الطعام والولائم، واقتراح أسعار البيع بناءً على النسب المئوية المستهدفة للتكلفة.
التحقيق في الفروقات: مراقبة الاختلافات في الكمية والجودة والأسعار وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي تعارضات غير محلولة.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير تكلفة المبيعات الشهرية وتوفير المعلومات المالية في نهاية الشهر.
الإشراف على المخزون: التحقق من مخزون نهاية الشهر ومطابقة البيانات المدخلة من قبل أمناء المخازن وموظفي الاستلام.
المتطلبات العامة
المعرفة بالقطاع: خبرة مثبتة ذات صلة بالدور الوظيفي (يفضل خبرة في الضيافة أو الأغذية والمشروبات لوظائف التكاليف والعمليات).
التواصل: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية للوظائف المطلوبة من الهند؛ وإجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لوظيفة مركز الاتصال.
المهارات الفنية: إتقان برامج التصميم (للمصممين) أو البرامج المالية والمحاسبية (لمراقبي التكاليف).
الاحترافية: القدرة على تقديم ملاحظات وبيانات دقيقة لدعم قرارات الإدارة.
