Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience specifically in Payroll Management.
Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in Fixed-Asset Control and depreciation schedules.
Nationality: Open to Asian candidates only.
Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
Professionalism: Ability to work a standard Saturday to Thursday schedule.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kuwait Labor Law.
Asset Control: Maintain the fixed-asset register, managing acquisitions, disposals, and monthly depreciation records.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.
Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices adhere to company policies and local financial regulations.
Auditing: Support internal and external audit processes through meticulous record-keeping.
Walk-In Interview Details
Interested candidates are required to attend a walk-in interview with their updated CV. No prior appointment is necessary.
Location: Fahaheel, Block 11, Abdullah Al Ajeel Street, Yaal Mall & Tower, 12th Floor, Office No. 15.
Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday Closed).
Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة وتحديداً في إدارة الرواتب (Payroll).
التخصص: معرفة فنية قوية في الرقابة على الأصول الثابتة (Fixed-Asset Control).
الجنسية: الوظيفة متاحة للجنسيات الآسيوية فقط.
الإقامة: يجب التواجد داخل الكويت مع إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل.
الالتزام: القدرة على العمل وفق جدول من السبت إلى الخميس.
المسؤوليات
إدارة الرواتب: الإشراف على عملية صرف الرواتب بالكامل، وضمان الدقة والامتثال لقانون العمل الكويتي.
الرقابة على الأصول: صيانة سجل الأصول الثابتة، وإدارة عمليات الشراء والاستبعاد وسجلات الاستهلاك الشهري.
التقارير المالية: إعداد تقارير مالية مفصلة ودعم إجراءات الإغلاق الشهري.
الامتثال: ضمان التزام جميع الممارسات المحاسبية بسياسات الشركة واللوائح المالية المحلية.
التدقيق: دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومنظمة.
