Responsibilities
Supervision: Lead site teams to ensure project execution aligns with technical specifications and quality standards.
Engineering: Manage site operations, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure safety compliance.
Quality Control: Oversee material testing, laboratory analysis, and survey accuracy to maintain structural integrity.
Coordination: Synchronize civil, electrical, and mechanical workflows to meet project milestones.
Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, safety reports, and progress updates for senior management.

مشرف مدني: 100 شاغر
مهندس موقع: 50 شاغر
مهندس مساحة: 25 شاغر
قسم الـ MEP: 50 شاغر (مشرفين ومهندسين: كهرباء، تكييف، وصحي)
أخصائيين فنيين: 25 شاغر (ضباط سلامة، فنيي مواد، فنيي مختبر)

المتطلبات
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون داخل الكويت وبإقامة سارية قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
المؤهل: درجة جامعية أو دبلوم ذو صلة في المجال الهندسي أو الفني المطلوب.
الخبرة: حد أدنى 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة الفعلية في قطاع الإنشاءات بدول الخليج.
الجاهزية: القدرة على الالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف: قيادة الفرق الميدانية لضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفق المواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.
الهندسة: إدارة عمليات الموقع، وحل التحديات الفنية المعقدة، وضمان الامتثال لقواعد السلامة.
ضبط الجودة: الإشراف على فحص المواد، وتحليلات المختبر، ودقة المساحة للحفاظ على سلامة الهيكل الإنشائي.
التنسيق: المزامنة بين الأعمال المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية لتحقيق الأهداف المرحلية للمشروع.
التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات موقع دقيقة، وتقارير السلامة، وتحديثات سير العمل للإدارة العليا.
