Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of solid experience in procurement.
Industry Focus: Mandatory background within a reputed Switchgear or Transformer manufacturing industry.
Technical Knowledge: Profound understanding of raw materials and specific components used in the production of Transformers and Switchgear systems.
Core Skills: Proven track record in vendor management, global sourcing, and technical negotiation.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for specialized electrical components and raw materials.
Identify, evaluate, and manage a global network of vendors to ensure supply chain resilience.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all sourced materials meet strict technical specifications.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.
Monitor market trends and lead times to mitigate supply risks and ensure timely manufacturing.

المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
الخبرة: حد أدنى يتراوح بين 7 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة الراسخة في مجال المشتريات.
الخبرة القطاعية: خبرة إلزامية سابقة في مصنع مرموق لإنتاج المحولات أو اللوحات الكهربائية (Switchgear).
المعرفة الفنية: معرفة تامة بالمكونات والمواد الخام المستخدمة في تصنيع أنظمة الطاقة والمحولات.
المهارات الأساسية: سجل حافل في إدارة الموردين، التوريد الدولي، والتفاوض الفني.
المسؤوليات
إدارة دورة المشتريات الكاملة للمكونات الكهربائية المتخصصة والمواد الخام.
تحديد وتقييم وإدارة شبكة عالمية من الموردين لضمان استمرارية سلاسل التوريد.
التعاون مع الفريق الهندسي لضمان مطابقة جميع المواد الموردة للمواصفات الفنية الصارمة.
التفاوض بشأن العقود والأسعار لتحسين ميزانيات المشاريع مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
مراقبة اتجاهات السوق ومدد التوريد لتفادي مخاطر نقص المواد وضمان سير التصنيع في المواعيد المحددة.
