Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid civil construction experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas or petrochemical sectors.
Technical Background: Proven expertise in excavation, piping erection, equipment and steel structure foundations, valve pits, and industrial road construction.
Residency: Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18) and be currently based in Kuwait.
Skills: Strong project coordination, technical reporting, and adherence to refinery safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute civil works within the KNPC project scope, ensuring strict adherence to refinery specifications.
Manage high-precision tasks including equipment foundations, valve pits, and specialized steel structure supports.
Coordinate excavation activities and ensure the structural integrity of piping erection supports.
Supervise the construction of industrial-grade roads and site-specific civil infrastructure.
Act as the technical point of contact for site activities, ensuring all works meet Kuwait's Oil & Gas regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with safety protocols.
