Requirements
Accreditation: Must hold a valid KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) certificate (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical engineering. Experience in Oil & Gas or US Army projects is highly preferred.
Legal: Must hold a valid transferable Kuwait Residence Permit.
Availability: Must be able to join within 2 months.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Languages: Business and Technical English proficiency is essential for contract and documentation management.
Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage mechanical systems within complex construction and engineering projects nationwide.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all installations meet Kuwaiti MEP standards and rigorous project specifications.
Site Leadership: Conduct inspections, provide technical support, and supervise the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Design Optimization: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine mechanical designs and prepare Red Line Drawings.
Specialized Systems: Troubleshoot and manage HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, and specifically VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems.
Documentation: Prepare and review technical specifications, progress reports, and engineering documentation.

المتطلبات
الاعتماد: يجب الحصول على شهادة جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE) (شرط إلزامي).
الخبرة: حد أدنى 5 سنوات في الهندسة الميكانيكية. يفضل من لديه خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو مشاريع الجيش الأمريكي.
الوضع القانوني: يجب حمل إقامة كويتية سارية المفعول قابلة للتحويل.
الجاهزية: القدرة على الالتحاق بالعمل خلال شهرين.
البرامج: إتقان العمل على برامج AutoCAD و Revit.
اللغات: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية الفنية والتجارية لإدارة العقود والمستندات.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف على المشاريع: إدارة الأنظمة الميكانيكية في المشاريع الإنشائية والهندسية المعقدة على مستوى الدولة.
الامتثال الفني: ضمان مطابقة جميع التركيبات لمعايير MEP الكويتية ومواصفات المشروع الصارمة.
القيادة الميدانية: إجراء الفحص الموقع، تقديم الدعم الفني، والإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
تحسين التصاميم: التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتحسين التصاميم الميكانيكية وإعداد مخططات التعديل (Red Line Drawings).
الأنظمة المتخصصة: صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة HVAC، السباكة، مكافحة الحريق، وخاصة أنظمة VRF.
التوثيق: إعداد ومراجعة المواصفات الفنية، تقارير الإنجاز، والمستندات الهندسية.
