Logistics Analyst II

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develops and presents training programs for customers and in-house employees.
• Coordinates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs.
• Trains trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations.
• Conducts training programs on topics and designs and helps to develop training program elements and modules.
• Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions. Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. Packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ten (10) + years of experience in logistics or a related field; 1 year of college accepted in lieu of 1.5 years of experience.
• Must possess at least two years of experience in military GCSS systems, or applicable commercial Logistics Management Information System (LMIS).
• Experience in creating work orders, material requisitioning, shop supply listings, Plant 2000 operations and creating unit ESR report and employee management.
• Experience in the receipt, accountability, inventory, and requisition of equipment, spare parts, and supplies, including maintaining stock levels; experience in operating material and handling equipment.
• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements.
• Candidates must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from their start date.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
• Willingness to travel to hostile areas is desired. 
• Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic  (Two vacancies)

Required Qualifications:

• Selected candidates must be a US Citizen.
• 3+ years of qualified mechanical experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 7+ years of qualified mechanical experience and a trade school certification or associate degree in a related field (OR) 9+ years of qualified mechanical experience.
• Qualified mechanical experience includes one or more of the following: light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, aviation ground support systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
• Proven maintenance experience with repair and technical experience, background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.

• Experience with maintenance support to include operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters.
• Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components.
• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems preferred.
• Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with MRAP/RCV systems.
• Prior training on Non – Standard Commercial Vehicles (NSCV) i.e. Toyota, Polaris.
• Prior training on the CROWS Weapon Station.

المسؤوليات تشمل ولكن لا تقتصر على

• يقوم بتطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية للعملاء والموظفين داخل الشركة.
• يتعاون مع المبيعات والتسويق والهندسة لتحديد احتياجات البرنامج، ويحصل على البيانات الفنية ويضع جداول البرامج.
• يقوم بتدريب المتدربين على قياس مدى تقدمهم في التعلم وتقييم فعالية العروض التدريبية.
• إجراء برامج تدريبية حول المواضيع والتصاميم والمساعدة في تطوير عناصر ووحدات برنامج التدريب.
• تحليل وتنسيق المهام اللوجستية. تسجيل وحفظ وتفعيل وثائق أوامر العمل اللازمة لشراء المكونات من الموردين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• عشرة (10) سنوات خبرة + في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يتم قبول سنة واحدة من الكلية بدلاً من 1.5 سنة من الخبرة.
• يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في أنظمة GCSS العسكرية، أو نظام معلومات إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية التجارية (LMIS).
• خبرة في إنشاء أوامر العمل وطلبات المواد وقوائم إمدادات المتجر وعمليات Plant 2000 وإنشاء تقرير ESR للوحدة وإدارة الموظفين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• 3+ سنوات من الخبرة الميكانيكية المؤهلة ودرجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (أو) 7+ سنوات من الخبرة الميكانيكية المؤهلة وشهادة مدرسة تجارية أو درجة الزمالة في مجال ذي صلة (أو) 9+ سنوات من الخبرة الميكانيكية المؤهلة.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو الصيانة على أنظمة MRAP FOV.
• يفضل أن يكون على دراية أو معرفة بأنظمة MRAP/RCV.
• تدريب مسبق على المركبات التجارية غير القياسية (NSCV) مثل تويوتا وبولاريس.
• تدريب مسبق على محطة أسلحة CROWS.
