About the Job
As a Public Relations Executive, your role will involve:
Assisting the marketing manager in executing marketing and PR campaigns across digital, social media, and print platforms
Coordinating with the marketing manager on tasks such as drafting copy, proofreading materials, and managing submissions for online and offline tenders
Handling communications with government organizations
Conducting market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that support marketing and PR strategies, especially in sectors like Automotive and Oil & Gas
Occasional PR visits to VIP customers to sustain and improve relations while gathering feedback
Assisting in organizing promotional events and both traditional and digital campaigns
Attending events to ensure their success and smooth operation
Qualifications
A diploma or BSc in public relations, marketing, business, or engineering is a strong advantage
1-3 years of experience in public relations
Interest in the automotive and lubricants industry
Passion for PR/marketing and solid knowledge of the Kuwaiti marketplace
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and adherence to deadlines
Strong customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills
Public speaking and presentation skills
A keen eye for detail and awareness of industry trends
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM

عن الوظيفة
سيكون دورك كمساعد في العلاقات العامة كما يلي:
مساعدة مدير التسويق في تنفيذ حملات التسويق والعلاقات العامة عبر القنوات الرقمية ووسائل الإعلام الاجتماعية والمطبوعات
التنسيق مع مدير التسويق في المهام مثل إعداد النصوص، تدقيق المواد، والتعامل مع تقديم العطاءات عبر الإنترنت وخارجها
التعامل مع الاتصالات مع الهيئات الحكومية
إجراء بحوث السوق وتحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والرؤى التي تدعم استراتيجيات التسويق والعلاقات العامة، خاصة في القطاعات مثل السيارات و النفط والغاز
الزيارات العشوائية للعملاء من كبار الشخصيات للحفاظ على وتحسين العلاقات وجمع الملاحظات
المساعدة في تنظيم الفعاليات الترويجية وحملات التسويق التقليدية والرقمية
حضور الفعاليات لضمان نجاحها وتسهيل عملياتها
المؤهلات
دبلوم أو بكاليوس في العلاقات العامة أو التسويق أو الأعمال أو الهندسة يعتبر ميزة قوية
خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال العلاقات العامة
اهتمام بصناعة السيارات والزيوت
شغف بالعلاقات العامة / التسويق ومعرفة جيدة بسوق الكويت
مهارات تنظيمية عالية والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
توجه قوي نحو العملاء
معرفة جيدة بمجموعة برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج التسويق (مثل Adobe Creative Cloud، Google Analytics)
مهارات كتابة وتحدث ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية
مهارات التحدث أمام الجمهور والعروض التقديمية
عين حريصة على التفاصيل وفهم اتجاهات الصناعة

من الأحد إلى الخميس، من 08:00 صباحًا إلى 04:00 مساءً
