Voice Engineer
Responsibilities
- Managing Class 4 and Class 5 core systems and their devices.
- Providing 1st to 2nd level of support for voice services.
- Planning and provisioning of customer services under their domain.
- Managing core voice network (gateways, remote locations).
- Attending tickets, escalations, and on-call cases raised for In-house collaboration systems, core systems, and customer escalations.
- Managing in-house voice system and network in Kuwait and remote branches.
- Monitoring KPIs and carrying out root cause analysis.
- Managing and deploying hardware equipment in Data Centers.
- Recommend upgrades and enhancements of core systems, PBXs, and PSTN links.
- Managing ISP Voice CDR and billing system.
- Working on voice automation.
Security Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the security systems listed below, ensuring they are configured and operating optimally.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backup procedures.
- Integrate new security technologies and ensure seamless operation with existing systems.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture.
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology developments.
ELV Presales Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems presales or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant tools for system design and documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Specialized Certification on Leading ELV System brands
- B.E / B. Tech / B.Sc. (Computers/ Electronics / Telecom) or any relevant M.SC / MCA /
Cloud – Presales Solution Architect
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering/capturing Business requirements from Customer by coordinating with Customer and Sales Team.
- Understanding customers AS-IS and TO-BE Infrastructure / Application / Security requirements on Cloud.
- Understanding RFP/RFI to capture business requirements and prepare for Technical Response.
- Responsible for creating Optimized Solutions (Sizing, Architecture options, BoM etc.) on Public Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) and Private Cloud platforms (VMware, OpenStack) based on customer requirements.
- Customer Presentations/White boarding of Cloud capabilities and Solution prepared with ability to explain benefits of TO-BE model.
- Creating Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Creation of Cloud Migration Plan and customer onboarding Project Plans.
- Participation in public events and writing Technical Whitepapers/Articles/Blogs.
- Internal Trainings.
- Help Delivery teams in knowledge transition.

المسؤوليات
- إدارة أنظمة الفئة الرابعة والفئة الخامسة وأجهزتها.
- توفير الدعم من المستوى الأول إلى الثاني للخدمات الصوتية.
- تخطيط وتوفير خدمات العملاء ضمن نطاقهم.
- إدارة شبكة الصوت الأساسية (البوابات والمواقع البعيدة).
- حضور التذاكر، والتصعيدات، وحالات الاستدعاء التي يتم رفعها لأنظمة التعاون الداخلية، والأنظمة الأساسية، وتصعيدات العملاء.
- إدارة نظام الصوت والشبكة الداخلية في الكويت والفروع البعيدة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري.
- إدارة ونشر المعدات المادية في مراكز البيانات.
- التوصية بترقيات وتعزيزات الأنظمة الأساسية وأنظمة PBX وروابط الشبكة الهاتفية العامة (PSTN).
- إدارة نظام CDR و الفواتير الخاص بـ ISP Voice.
- العمل على أتمتة الصوت.
مهندس امن
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وصيانة أنظمة الأمان المدرجة أدناه، والتأكد من تكوينها وتشغيلها على النحو الأمثل.
- مراقبة وتحليل الأحداث والحوادث الأمنية، واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة للتخفيف من المخاطر.
- قم بإجراء تحديثات منتظمة للنظام وإدارة التصحيحات وإجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي.
- دمج تقنيات الأمان الجديدة وضمان التشغيل السلس مع الأنظمة الحالية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات الأمن والإجراءات وأفضل الممارسات.

مهندس مبيعات ما قبل ELV
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مبيعات أنظمة ELV المسبقة أو الأدوار ذات الصلة.
- معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة ELV، بما في ذلك:
- أنظمة مراقبة CCTV
- أنظمة التحكم في الوصول
- أنظمة إنذار الحريق
- أنظمة العناوين العامة والإنذار الصوتي
- الكابلات الهيكلية
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج AutoCAD و MS Office والأدوات الأخرى ذات الصلة بتصميم النظام والتوثيق.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض.
- القدرة على إدارة المشاريع المتعددة والمواعيد النهائية بشكل فعال.
- شهادة متخصصة للعلامات التجارية الرائدة في أنظمة ELV
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة / بكالوريوس في التكنولوجيا / بكالوريوس العلوم (الكمبيوتر / الإلكترونيات / الاتصالات) أو أي درجة ماجستير / ماجستير علوم الكمبيوتر /
السحابة – مهندس حلول ما قبل البيع
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- المسؤول عن جمع / التقاط متطلبات العمل من العملاء من خلال التنسيق مع فريق العملاء والمبيعات.
- فهم متطلبات البنية التحتية / التطبيق / الأمان للعملاء كما هي و التي يجب أن تكون على السحابة.
- فهم طلب تقديم العروض (RFP)/طلب المعلومات (RFI) لالتقاط متطلبات العمل والتحضير للاستجابة الفنية.
- المسؤول عن إنشاء حلول مُحسّنة (الحجم، خيارات الهندسة المعمارية، قائمة المواد وما إلى ذلك) على منصات السحابة العامة (Azure، AWS، GCP، OCI) ومنصات السحابة الخاصة (VMware، OpenStack) بناءً على متطلبات العملاء.
- عروض تقديمية للعملاء/لوحة بيضاء لإمكانيات السحابة والحلول المعدة مع القدرة على شرح فوائد نموذج TO-BE.
- إنشاء إثبات المفهوم (PoC).
- إنشاء خطة هجرة السحابة وخطط مشروع دمج العملاء.
- المشاركة في الفعاليات العامة وكتابة الأوراق الفنية/المقالات/المدونات.
- التدريبات الداخلية.
- مساعدة فرق التسليم في انتقال المعرفة.
