Paintball Expert

Details

We’re seeking a full-time, on-site Paintball Expert to play a key role in setting up, maintaining, and operating a brand-new paintball field. As part of our exciting new project, you will be responsible for all aspects of field management, game flow, safety protocols, and staff supervision. This position is open to applicants globally, but local candidates with proven paintball field management experience are preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and maintaining paintball fields (including outdoor/indoor layouts, bunkers, safe zones, and staging areas)

• Designing game scenarios and managing game flow

• Conducting safety briefings, equipment checks, and enforcing all safety protocols

• Training and managing on-site staff (referees, maintenance, front desk)

• Overseeing equipment maintenance (markers, tanks, masks, gear)

• Keeping the field and staging areas clean, organized, and safe

• Collaborating with the owner to build field schedules, organize events, and develop standard procedures

• Assisting with customer service during games and downtime

• Managing inventory: paint, air refills, rental gear, tools, and parts

• Troubleshooting technical issues with gear and air systems

• Monitoring daily operations to ensure smooth field management

Qualifications

• Experience running or managing a paintball field

• Solid understanding of paintball field operations, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt plans quickly

• Excellent communication skills with staff and players

• Comfort with working outdoors in warm weather

• Willingness to get hands-on and work daily with the equipment

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience building paintball fields from scratch

• Possess mechanical or air system knowledge

• Have experience hosting or helping run large paintball events or tournaments

• Know how to perform basic repairs on markers and gear

نحن نبحث عن خبير في لعبة الطلاء بدوام كامل للانضمام إلى الفريق والمساعدة في افتتاح الميدان الجديد. ستقوم بإدارة ميدان الطلاء بكل تفاصيله من حيث الإعداد والصيانة والتشغيل، وضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة أثناء الألعاب. الوظيفة متاحة للمتقدمين من جميع أنحاء العالم، ولكن الأفضلية للمتقدمين المحليين الذين لديهم خبرة في إدارة ميادين الطلاء.

المهام

• إعداد وصيانة ميادين الطلاء (بما في ذلك التصاميم الخارجية / الداخلية، والتحصينات، والمناطق الآمنة، ومناطق التصفية)

• تصميم سيناريوهات الألعاب وإدارة سير اللعبة

• إجراء جلسات توجيهية للسلامة، وفحص المعدات، وفرض جميع بروتوكولات السلامة

• تدريب وإدارة الفريق في الموقع (الحكام، الصيانة، والاستقبال)

• الإشراف على صيانة المعدات (الأدوات، الخزانات، الأقنعة، المعدات)

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم وسلامة الميدان والمناطق المخصصة

• التعاون مع المالك لبناء جداول الميدان، وتنظيم الفعاليات، وتطوير الإجراءات القياسية

• المساعدة في خدمة العملاء أثناء الألعاب أو فترات الانتظار

• إدارة المخزون: الطلاء، إعادة تعبئة الهواء، المعدات المستأجرة، الأدوات، الأجزاء

• حل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالمعدات وأنظمة الهواء

• مراقبة العمليات اليومية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• خبرة في إدارة ميدان الطلاء

• معرفة قوية بعمليات ميدان الطلاء، بروتوكولات السلامة وصيانة المعدات

• مهارات القيادة والتنظيم الجيدة

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتعديل الخطط بشكل سريع

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الفريق واللاعبين

• الراحة في العمل في الهواء الطلق في الطقس الحار

• الاستعداد للعمل اليدوي يوميًا مع المعدات

نقاط إضافية إذا كان لديك:

• خبرة في بناء ميادين الطلاء من البداية

• معرفة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية أو أنظمة الهواء

• خبرة في استضافة أو مساعدة في تنظيم فعاليات أو بطولات الطلاء الكبيرة

• معرفة بكيفية إجراء إصلاحات أساسية على الأدوات والمعدات
