Requirements & Responsibilities
1. Site Supervisor
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
Diploma in engineering or equivalent preferred
Strong leadership and quality control skills
Oversee construction site activities and ensure project quality
2. Steel Fixer / Metal Worker
Experience assembling and installing steel structures
High attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
3. Carpenter
Skilled in interior and exterior wooden works
Ability to follow detailed cabin designs
4. Mason
Experienced in bricklaying, plastering, and waterproofing
Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
