Role Description

Receive each guest call professionally and courteously
-
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Handle guest queries politely and exceed expectations
-
Greet guests by name when answering calls
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services
-
Manage guest wake-up calls and long-distance call vouchers
-
Operate the switchboard efficiently, taking messages and transferring calls as required
Qualifications
-
Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic preferred

Strong voice modulation abilities
-
Computer literate; experience with Opera system is an advantage

المؤهلات
-
دبلوم أو شهادة جامعية في مجال الضيافة أو ما يعادله

خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه

مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة؛ العربية مفضلة
-
قدرة على التحكم بنبرة الصوت

إجادة استخدام الحاسوب؛ خبرة سابقة بنظام Opera ميزة إضافية
