Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Ensure all site activities comply with international standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Inspection & Documentation: Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical installations, coating applications, or civil works, maintaining detailed QC reports.
Compliance Management: Verify that materials and workmanship meet the rigorous standards of major clients like KOC, KNPC, or ADNOC.
Technical Supervision: Monitor welding, structural assembly, earthworks, and coating processes to prevent defects and ensure structural integrity.
Requirements
1. QC Inspector Mechanical:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Certification: Must be certified in CSWIP or AWS.
Experience: 8+ years in the Oil & Gas construction sector, specifically in Pipeline, Piping, and Structural works.
Approvals: Previous approvals from KOC/KNPC, or ADNOC/ARAMCO/PDO etc.
2. QC Inspector Coating:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Certification: Must be certified in NACE or BGAS.
Approvals: Previous KOC approvals are mandatory.
Experience: Extensive experience in coating processes for KOC and KNPC projects.
3. QC Inspector Civil:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 8+ years in Oil & Gas construction (Earthworks, Pipelines, Structural works, and Tanks).
Approvals: Previous client approvals are a significant advantage.

الخبرة: أكثر من 8 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز، خاصة في خطوط الأنابيب والأعمال الهيكلية.
الاعتمادات: اعتمادات سابقة من KOC/KNPC، أو ADNOC/ARAMCO/PDO إلخ.
2. مفتش جودة طلاء:
التعليم: بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة.
الشهادات: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة NACE أو BGAS.
الاعتمادات: اعتماد سابق من شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) أمر إلزامي.
الخبرة: خبرة واسعة في عمليات الطلاء الخاصة بمشاريع KOC و KNPC.
3. مفتش جودة مدني:
التعليم: بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية.
الخبرة: أكثر من 8 سنوات في إنشاءات النفط والغاز (أعمال التربة، خطوط الأنابيب، الهياكل، والخزانات).
الاعتمادات: الاعتمادات السابقة من العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية.
