Position: Trade & Transportation Administrator

Role Description
Develop, maintain, and improve transport and documentation processes.
Ensure goods are received and shipped according to quality, legal, and cost parameters.
Optimize inbound and outbound processes and ensure smooth delivery to internal and external clients.
Plan, execute, and monitor transport-related activities to maintain high-quality operations.
Generate required transportation documentation and ensure completeness.
Manage relationships with transport suppliers and implement transportation plans and processes.
Validate transportation invoices and ensure proper allocation and visibility of expenses.
Qualifications
Degree in logistics preferred.
Previous experience in logistics is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
Priority for candidates based in Kuwait.
Strong teamwork, relationship building, planning, and time management skills.

تطوير وصيانة وتحسين عمليات النقل والتوثيق.
ضمان استلام وشحن البضائع وفق معايير الجودة والقوانين والتكاليف.
تحسين العمليات الواردة والصادرة وضمان توصيل سلس للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة أنشطة النقل لضمان عمليات عالية الجودة.
إعداد الوثائق المطلوبة للنقل وضمان اكتمالها.
إدارة علاقات الموردين وتنفيذ خطط وعمليات النقل.
التحقق من فواتير النقل وضمان تخصيصها ووضوحها.
المؤهلات
يفضل الحصول على شهادة في اللوجستيات.
خبرة سابقة في مجال اللوجستيات تعتبر ميزة.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالإنجليزية، ويفضل العربية.
أولوية للمرشحين المقيمين في الكويت.
مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي وبناء العلاقات والتخطيط وإدارة الوقت.
