Specialization Required
Law – Common Law System (LL.B / J.D)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law – Common Law system.
Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or 85% and above).
British system classification: at least Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) or Second Class Honours Grade 1.
Graduation date within the last 5 years (from 1/12/2021 onward).
Age not exceeding 28 years as of 1/12/2026.
Must not currently be employed by KPC or its subsidiaries.
Must be a Kuwaiti national.
Required Documents
Civil ID copy (from “Huwaiyati” app).
Nationality certificate (from “Sahl” app).
Personal photo.
Final graduation certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education.
Certified transcript with final cumulative GPA.
Equivalency certificate from Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education (for foreign degrees) according to British, Irish, or other approved higher education systems.
Certificate from Public Authority for Social Security confirming work status (if available).
Application Process
Applications missing required documents or not meeting the criteria will be excluded.
Final assessment includes:
English language test
Specialization test
Personal interview
Barrister, Solicitor, or Attorney at Law test (as applicable)
Preference for graduates from distinguished universities
Final ranking is based on total points from:
Academic performance (highest priority 90%)
Graduation seniority
Age (older applicants)
Marital status (single applicants)

التخصص المطلوب
القانون – النظام القانوني الأنجلوسكسوني (LL.B / J.D)
الشروط
حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس/ليسانس في القانون – بالنظام القانوني الأنجلوسكسوني.
معدل تخرج لا يقل عن 3 نقاط من 4 (أو ما يعادله) أو 85% فأعلى.
تصنيف النظام البريطاني: لا يقل عن Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) أو Second Class Honours Grade 1.
تاريخ التخرج خلال آخر 5 سنوات (من 1/12/2021 فصاعدًا).
ألا يتجاوز عمر المتقدم 28 سنة بتاريخ 1/12/2026.
ألا يكون موظفًا حاليًا لدى مؤسسة البترول الكويتية أو شركاتها التابعة.
أن يكون المتقدم كويتي الجنسية.
المستندات المطلوبة
صورة عن البطاقة المدنية (من تطبيق هويتي).
صورة عن شهادة الجنسية (من تطبيق سهل).
صورة شخصية.
شهادة التخرج النهائية من وزارة التعليم العالي.
كشف درجات معتمد يتضمن المعدل التراكمي النهائي.
شهادة معادلة من وزارة التعليم العالي الكويتية (للحاصلين على شهادات من خارج الكويت).
شهادة من المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية بتاريخ التحاقه بالعمل (إن وجدت).
الإجراءات
يتم استبعاد الطلبات غير المستوفية للشروط أو غير مكتملة المستندات.
تشمل الاختبارات النهائية:
اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية
اختبار التخصص
مقابلة شخصية
اختبار Barrister أو Solicitor أو Attorney at Law حسب الحالة
أولوية لخريجي الجامعات المتميزة
ويتم ترتيب المتقدمين حسب مجموع النقاط:
تقدير المؤهل العلمي (90% الأعلى أولوية)
الأقدم في الحصول على المؤهل
