Role Overview
Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory standards for all active SKUs at sales depots.
Analyze sales trends and identify aging stocks.
Suggest replenishment quantities and submit them to the Poultry Processing Plant (PPP).
Offload PPP-approved replenishment stocks to SAP and monitor confirmed orders with sales depots.
Generate service level reports to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-SKU supply planning within FMCG/logistics environments.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of ERP, SAP, SARAS, MRP, Business Objects.
Driving license.
Key competencies: knowledge of sales trends, logistics, products, marketing strategies, production capacity, competition; strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, self-motivation, teamwork, and hard work.

مراقبة مستويات المخزون وضمان الالتزام بمعايير المخزون لجميع الأصناف النشطة في مستودعات المبيعات.
تحليل اتجاهات المبيعات وتحديد المخزون المتقادم.
اقتراح كميات إعادة التوريد وتقديمها إلى مصنع معالجة الدواجن (PPP).
إدخال المخزون المعتمد من PPP إلى نظام SAP ومتابعة الطلبات المؤكدة مع مستودعات المبيعات.
إعداد تقارير مستوى الخدمة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
المتطلبات
دبلوم في أي تخصص.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تخطيط المخزون متعدد الأصناف في بيئة FMCG/لوجستية.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
إتقان استخدام الحاسوب ومعرفة بأنظمة ERP وSAP وSARAS وMRP وBusiness Objects.
رخصة قيادة.
مهارات أساسية: معرفة باتجاهات المبيعات، اللوجستيات، المنتجات، استراتيجيات التسويق، القدرة الإنتاجية، المنافسة؛ مهارات تواصل قوية، قدرة تحليلية، الدافعية الذاتية، العمل الجماعي والاجتهاد.
