Project / Contract Administrator
Details
Manage contract documentation, ensure FIDIC compliance, and oversee claims administration. Support commercial risk assessments and project cost control, coordinating closely with PMO and legal teams to align contractual obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
15–25 years of professional experience depending on position
Proven experience in college, institute, campus, or university projects (Design, Construction Management, or Site Supervision) within the last 5 years
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
GCC experience preferred

الشروط
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو العمارة
خبرة مهنية 15–25 سنة حسب المنصب
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية (تصميم، إدارة إنشاءات، أو إشراف ميداني)
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الأطراف المعنية
يفضل خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
