CONTENT EDITOR
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and visually design product content in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, incorporating relevant SEO keywords to enhance product visibility across e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and other digital touchpoints.
- Develop and publish content for new product listings on a daily basis, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, and search terms, in both English and Arabic.
- Ensure all content aligns with business KPIs, brand guidelines, and organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce best practices for digital content, including compliance standards, brand voice and tone, and editorial style guides.
- Review, refine, and regularly update product page content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough content testing and proofreading prior to approval to ensure high quality, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and workflows are consistently met.
- Apply user experience (UX) and accessibility best practices, ensuring content is user-friendly, web-optimized, and meets customer needs.
- Manage the critical path for launching seasonal products and promotional flyers, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and maintaining accurate content calendars, schedules, and communication documents.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of image and picture editing software and techniques.
- Demonstrated strong command of MS Excel.
- Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tasks efficiently.
- Experience in E-commerce website operations, particularly with Magento or Bagisto platforms, is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
