Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze purchasing trends, supplier pricing, and product availability to identify cost-effective solutions for purchasing.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the company.
- Analyze purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and inventory control.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure the quality of service and products.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to purchasing.
- Generate reports to track purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing information.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and discounts.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Train and supervise junior staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of buying experience, preferably in food.
- AX Dynamics experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic nationality preferred.
- Valid driving license is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراقبة وتحليل اتجاهات الشراء، وتسعير الموردين وتوافر المنتجات لتحديد الحلول الفعالة من حيث التكلفة للشراء.
- التفاوض مع الموردين لضمان أفضل الأسعار والشروط للشركة.
- تحليل أوامر الشراء والفواتير لضمان الدقة والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتقليل التكاليف والتحكم في المخزون.
- إدارة والحفاظ على علاقات البائعين لضمان جودة الخدمة والمنتجات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح القانونية المتعلقة بالشراء.
- إنشاء تقارير لتتبع أوامر الشراء والفواتير والمعلومات الأخرى المتعلقة بالشراء.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشتريات والأسعار والخصومات.
- مراقبة وتوقع مستويات الطلب المستقبلية لضمان وجود مستويات كافية من المخزون.
- تدريب والإشراف على الموظفين المبتدئين لضمان عمليات فعالة.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات في الشراء، ويفضل في مجال الأغذية.
- الخبرة في AX Dynamics ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية.
- إجادة استخدام Excel وMicrosoft Office.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ يفضل الجنسية العربية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
