About the job
Lothan Hospital is seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Officer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our healthcare services, build brand awareness, and enhance patient engagement. You will collaborate with medical staff, design teams, and external partners to communicate the value of our services effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for healthcare services.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and website content.
- Create informative and engaging content for patient education materials.
- Coordinate community outreach programs, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and patient feedback to refine strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Previous marketing experience in healthcare or medical services preferred.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
