Established in 2005, Group Six began its story with the opening of its first flagship restaurant, 77 Josper Bar (previously ‘The Burger Hub’): a local burger concept that quickly made a name for itself in Kuwait’s highly-competitive and heavily saturated restaurant sector. ↔️
Following the success of its first concept, Group Six began its journey of growth and expansion, diversifying its business to currently include two primary business segments: food service and food consultancy.

We are expanding our Research and Development Team and are seeking local talent.
Must have experience in Menu Development and Menu Engineering.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills in menu planning and food preparation
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Creativity in developing new culinary concepts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in high-end dining establishments
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Culinary degree or certification
