Full Job Description:
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest service experience meet the highest standards and comply with both property and company policies.
- Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction, comfort, and cleanliness while delivering a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution.
- Support and execute business strategies, taking ownership of assigned areas of responsibility, and act as the Deputy for the Head of Department in their absence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to foster a culture of growth, development, and performance while promoting company culture and values.
- Work with the Head of Department to ensure that departmental costs and inventory are controlled, and target productivity and performance levels are met.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, ensuring that all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
- Lead the delivery of departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control, which may include working with internal and external stakeholders while incorporating environmental considerations.
- Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements, planning, delivering, and documenting best practice activities for internal and external audits, and performing follow-up as required.

- قيادة والتعاون مع الفريق لتعظيم رضا الضيوف وراحتهم ونظافتهم، مع تقديم نهج إيجابي واستجابة للاستفسارات وحل المشكلات.
- دعم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات العمل، وتحمل المسؤولية عن المناطق المحددة، والقيام بدور نائب رئيس القسم في غيابه.
- التعاون مع رئيس القسم لتعزيز ثقافة النمو والتطوير والأداء مع الترويج لثقافة الشركة وقيمها.
- العمل مع رئيس القسم لضمان السيطرة على تكاليف القسم والمخزون، وتحقيق مستويات الإنتاجية والأداء المستهدفة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والشركاء، سواء داخليًا أو خارجيًا، وضمان أن جميع الاتصالات والأنشطة يتم التحكم فيها وتنفيذها في الوقت المناسب.
