Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for executing different activities of the particular warehouse in a specific shift, including receiving, tallying, quality check, storage, stock management, movement of goods out of the warehouse for sale, return goods handling, and ensuring safety and sanitation.
- Assist the Assistant Manager - Warehouse in ensuring sufficient resources (e.g., labor, drivers) for day-to-day operations and prepare daily shift rosters for warehouse staff.
- Suggest hiring temporary labor for warehouse activities based on shift roster plans and staff requirements, coordinating with agencies for supply.
- Settle payment of wages for temporary laborers after sign-off from In-charge – Warehouse through accounts at the Business Unit.
- Monitor daily tallying of received goods with purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.
- Direct and monitor proper storage of goods (e.g., stacking & binning) and ensure proper documentation during the shift.
- Direct and monitor the loading of sales vans with goods based on work orders received.
- Obtain instructions from In-charge Warehouse to implement new policies devised by the Purchase section in coordination with Quality Control or coordinate with the Assistant Manager - Loss Prevention.
- Prepare reports or provide data requested by Senior Manager - Warehouse & Logistics and Purchase (or Assistant Manager - Warehouse) and suggest possible improvements.
- Allocate work to subordinates, nominate for training as per organizational guidelines, and manage leave and overtime to ensure group efficiency.
- Ensure that subordinates are aware and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Skills
- Computer literate with capabilities in email, MS Office, and related business communication tools.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Background in logistics, warehouse, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years in warehouse function in the FMCG or other similar industries.

- الحصول على تعليمات من المسؤول عن المستودع لتنفيذ السياسات الجديدة التي وضعتها إدارة المشتريات بالتنسيق مع قسم مراقبة الجودة أو التنسيق مع مدير المساعد - منع الخسائر.
- إعداد تقارير أو تقديم بيانات مطلوبة من المدير الأول - المستودع واللوجستيات والمشتريات (أو مدير المساعد - المستودع) واقتراح تحسينات ممكنة.
- توزيع العمل على المرؤوسين، وترشيحهم للتدريب وفقًا للإرشادات التنظيمية، وإدارة الإجازات والعمل الإضافي لضمان كفاءة المجموعة.
- التأكد من أن المرؤوسين على دراية بالمهمات والمسؤوليات المعينة لهم.
المهارات
- إلمام بالكمبيوتر وقدرة على استخدام البريد الإلكتروني، وتطبيقات MS Office، وأدوات الأعمال والتواصل ذات الصلة.
- المعرفة بنظام SAP ستكون ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت ممتازة.
- مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين الفعالة.
التعليم / المؤهلات:
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله؛ درجة البكاليوس تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خلفية في اللوجستيات أو المستودعات أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 4 إلى 8 سنوات في وظيفة المستودعات في شركات السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول أو صناعات مماثلة.
