Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage social media calendars for Tathkarah and Pet Point, ensuring content aligns with seasonal and tactical objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, external agencies, and influencers to create compelling content that enhances brand engagement and awareness.
- Manage both organic growth and paid social media campaigns across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to utilize trends in content creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and reports to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and engage with the community.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and manage collaborations that align with the brand strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management (industry experience not required).
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to write and read fluently in both languages (Kuwaiti local tongue is required).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and how to leverage them for content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop and maintain a social media calendar.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

- استخدام أدوات الاستماع الاجتماعي لمراقبة الانطباع عن العلامة التجارية والتفاعل مع المجتمع.
- بناء والحفاظ على شراكات مع المؤثرين وإدارة التعاونات التي تتماشى مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية.
المؤهلات الرئيسية
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (لا يشترط الخبرة في مجال معين).
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع القدرة على الكتابة والقراءة بطلاقة في كلتا اللغتين (يشترط اللسان المحلي الكويتي).
- إتقان استخدام منصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات الاستماع الاجتماعي.
- فهم قوي لتحليلات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتقارير.
- عقلية إبداعية مع نظرة دقيقة للاتجاهات وكيفية الاستفادة منها في إنشاء المحتوى.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة مع القدرة على تطوير والحفاظ على جدول لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مهارات قوية في التعاون، والقدرة على العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
