Specific Accountabilities:
- Promote the involvement of Construction in technical design, scheduling, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with the capability and workload of Construction’s support providers and contractors.
- Maintain functional responsibility for all construction and completions within PMC.
- Ensure quality assurance by working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Unit (BU).
- Prioritize safety and ensure safe working practices in alignment with OH&S procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in developing layouts for new facilities.
- Proficiency in specifying, evaluating, and documenting equipment.
- Work is performed according to broad technical guidelines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation).
- Post-graduation experience in major oil and gas projects.
- Relevant years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience working in large-sized construction projects, responsible for site-related activities, including HSE requirements in oil and gas facilities.
- Locally available candidates in Kuwait are preferred.

المهارات/الخبرات الأساسية:
- خبرة في تطوير تصاميم للمرافق الجديدة.
- إجادة تحديد المعدات وتقييمها وتوثيقها.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن إرشادات فنية واسعة وبإشراف محدود.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة وتحديد أولويات العمل لتحقيقها.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، المدنية، الكهربائية، الأنابيب، الأدوات).
- خبرة ما بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى.
- سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في نفس التخصص.
- خبرة في العمل في مشاريع بناء كبيرة الحجم، ومسؤولية عن الأنشطة المتعلقة بالموقع، بما في ذلك متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية في بيئة منشآت النفط والغاز.
- يُفضل المرشحون المتاحون محليًا في الكويت.
