Boutiqaat has evolved to become the premium destination for makeup and beauty products in the Middle East, offering unrivaled experiences to makeup and fashion enthusiasts.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Officer at Boutiqaat in Kuwait. The Officer will be responsible for employee engagement. Day-to-day tasks include restructuring, improving employee engagement initiatives, facilitating communication strategies, and managing performance evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- HR professional certification preferable.
- 2 years of experience in the HR field with a background in OD function.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- يفضل وجود شهادة مهنية في الموارد البشرية.
- سنتان من الخبرة في مجال الموارد البشرية مع خلفية في وظيفة تطوير المنظمات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل، والتحليل، والعرض.
- مهارات ممتازة في تطبيقات MS Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Visio).
