Clinical Main Receptionist/Operator - Clinical Administration
General Information

Function
Manage reception, organize appointments, maintain medical records, and handle clerical duties, as well as answering patient calls.
Responsibilities
- Confirm clinic appointments and fill empty slots, check clinical procedures.
- Check-in patients, process payments and insurance claims.
- Investigate no-show patients and prepare daily reports.
- Prepare new patient files and organize records.
- Send patient satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure patient files are ready for upcoming appointments.
- Compile clinic statistical data.
- Implement filing system and handle medical requests.
- Prepare clinical appointment lists.
- Prepare medical forms for patients.
- Receive, scan, and organize patient files.
- Return files to the storage room.
- Provide information to authorized parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of records.
- Handle patient and visitor inquiries.
- Direct patients and visitors to clinics.
- Manage patient access to clinics.
- Cover for absent receptionists.
- Contact research participants.
- Track patient requests and prepare weekly reports.
- Answer and route calls.
- Stay informed about clinic activities to answer patient questions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and use computers.

استقبال رئيسي سريري/مشغل - إدارة سريرية
معلومات عامة

الوظيفة
إدارة الاستقبال، تنظيم المواعيد، الحفاظ على السجلات الطبية، والتعامل مع المهام الكتابية، بالإضافة إلى الرد على مكالمات المرضى.
المسؤوليات
- تأكيد مواعيد العيادة وملء الفتحات الفارغة، والتحقق من الإجراءات السريرية.
- تسجيل دخول المرضى، معالجة المدفوعات والمطالبات التأمينية.
- التحقيق في المرضى الذين لم يحضروا وإعداد التقارير اليومية.
- إعداد ملفات المرضى الجدد وتنظيم السجلات.
- إرسال استبيانات رضا المرضى.
- التأكد من جاهزية ملفات المرضى للمواعيد القادمة.
- تجميع البيانات الإحصائية للعيادة.
- تنفيذ نظام حفظ الملفات والتعامل مع الطلبات الطبية.
- إعداد قوائم المواعيد السريرية.
- إعداد النماذج الطبية للمرضى.
- استلام، مسح، وتنظيم ملفات المرضى.
- إعادة الملفات إلى غرفة التخزين.
- تقديم المعلومات للأطراف المخولة.
- الحفاظ على سرية وأمان السجلات.
- التعامل مع استفسارات المرضى والزوار.
- توجيه المرضى والزوار إلى العيادات.
- إدارة وصول المرضى إلى العيادات.
- تغطية غياب الاستقبالات.
- التواصل مع المشاركين في الأبحاث.
- تتبع طلبات المرضى وإعداد التقارير الأسبوعية.
- الرد على المكالمات وتوجيهها.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأنشطة العيادة للإجابة على أسئلة المرضى.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- ثنائية اللغة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق واستخدام الحواسيب.
نحن بحاجة إلى باريستا للعمل في
متطلبات:
- تأشيرة 18.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
