1- Lead Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and member of professional body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.
Job description:
Reports to Project Manager for implementing specific structural works in accordance with the work program of the project.
Organizes and manages the work of engineers and draftsmen allocated to him and provides structural engineering support and/or advice to project teams as required by the Project Manager.
Verifies that all structural analysis, designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and standards.
Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, architects and other disciplines or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Structural Department Manager.
Keeps Department Manager aware about all technical and administrative matters concerning running projects.
Responsible for the coordination between all disciplines.
2- Lead Architecture Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, and member of professional body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere, as necessary.
experience in high-rise buildings and coordination on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in architectural engineering design and construction contracts with some supervisory experience.
Job description:
Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested within his Department.
Organizes and manages the work of architects and draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant architectural engineering support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
Verifies that all architectural designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and standards.
Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Architectural Department Manager.
Responsible for the coordination between all disciplines.
3- Site Landscape Architect
Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering.
7+, 10+ years’ experience in supervising the development of outdoor spaces within the project site, hardscape & soft-scape works in all projects’ phases including Engineering and Construction activities
Ability to review projects’ technical submittals is a plus
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc. in related discipline with a minimum grade of “Good”, M.Sc. is a plus
PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage
Good command of related Egyptian, and international Codes
Good Computer skills and command of relevant applications
Good command in English (writing – speaking)

يقدم التقارير إلى مدير المشروع لتنفيذ الأعمال الهيكلية المحددة وفقًا لبرنامج عمل المشروع.
يقوم بتنظيم وإدارة عمل المهندسين والرسامين المخصصين له ويقدم الدعم الهندسي الإنشائي و/أو المشورة لفرق المشروع حسب متطلبات مدير المشروع.
التحقق من أن جميع التحليلات البنيوية والتصميمات والرسومات والوثائق تتوافق مع القواعد والمعايير الحالية وتتفق مع سياسات ومعايير ECG.
يتواصل حسب التوجيهات مع المهندسين الاستشاريين والمهندسين المعماريين وغيرهم من التخصصات أو المقاولين بشأن جميع الأمور اللازمة لتنفيذ برنامج عمل المشروع.
يتولى تنفيذ المهام الخاصة و/أو مهام المشروع حسب متطلبات مدير القسم الإنشائي.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم المعمارية، وعضوية الهيئة/الهيئات المهنية في مصر و/أو في أي مكان آخر حسب الضرورة.
الخبرة في المباني الشاهقة والتنسيق في المشاريع واسعة النطاق التي تشمل أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال تصميم الهندسة المعمارية وعقود البناء مع بعض الخبرة الإشرافية.
المسمى الوظيفي:
تنفيذ أعمال معمارية محددة وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المشروع، أو حسب الطلب داخل قسمه.

خبرة تزيد عن 7+ و10+ سنوات في الإشراف على تطوير المساحات الخارجية داخل موقع المشروع وأعمال المناظر الطبيعية الصلبة والناعمة في جميع مراحل المشاريع بما في ذلك أنشطة الهندسة والبناء
القدرة على مراجعة العروض الفنية للمشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية
المتطلبات العامة:
بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة بتقدير جيد على الأقل، وماجستير في العلوم هو ميزة إضافية
PMP / Masters / Certificate هي ميزة
إتقان القوانين المصرية والدولية ذات الصلة
مهارات جيدة في استخدام الكمبيوتر والقدرة على استخدام التطبيقات ذات الصلة
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة – تحدث)
