Female Sales Representative
Job Description:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, and referrals provided by the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored products.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the company's offerings address their specific needs.
- Skillfully negotiate sales terms and conditions, overcome objections, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide post-sales support and exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Skills:
- Proficiency in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with the company's products or services and the ability to effectively communicate their value.
- Strong capability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and customer interactions.
- Self-motivation and a target-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Must have a car & valid driving license (required).
- Willing to transfer residency.
