Job Summary:
The Fresh Food Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and marketing fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets. Their primary responsibility is to increase sales and achieve specified sales targets while providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using fresh food products.
- Expand the customer network by seeking new opportunities and maintaining communication with potential customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships and provide support to meet their requirements.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of products according to customer requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in fresh food sales, with a strong understanding of cooperatives and central market operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified goals.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of marketing techniques.
- Good knowledge of fresh food products and their specifications.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as marketing, business administration, or commerce) preferred but not required.
- Training or practical experience in fresh food sales would be an additional advantage.

- توسيع شبكة العملاء من خلال البحث عن فرص جديدة والحفاظ على التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء الحالية وتقديم الدعم لتلبية متطلباتهم.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات، وتحليل الاتجاهات، وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- مراقبة المخزون وضمان توافر الكميات المناسبة من المنتجات وفقًا لطلبات العملاء.
- خبرة سابقة في مبيعات المواد الغذائية الطازجة، مع فهم قوي لعمليات التعاونيات والأسواق المركزية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية والقدرة على إقناع العملاء وإتمام الصفقات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
