Marketing Officer
Objective:
This is an entry-level specialist role working within a team responsible for supporting the medium to long-term objectives of assigned brands. The role focuses on enforcing the visual identity and market visibility of brands through marketing activities, including research, coordination, and execution. Creativity is key, and the Marketing Officer will execute programs aimed at increasing brand identity and awareness within the assigned budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the agreed marketing plans (On Time In Full) within the approved budgets.
- Carry out all marketing activities (events, promotions, etc.) for the assigned brands.
- Evaluate marketing activities, promotions, and launches.
- Negotiate and coordinate with event management agencies for brand launches and other marketing-related events.
- Prepare, coordinate, and organize all elements needed for in-house events.
- Manage social media posts on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that all brand guidelines are properly followed and implemented.
- Coordinate media coverage, bookings, and advertisements.
- Work with corporate gift suppliers for promotional materials.
- Analyze post-event and product launch performance.
- Analyze customer feedback forms for CRM activities.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve marketing processes.
- Indirectly manage approved annual marketing budgets and provide expenditure recommendations (supplier negotiations, promotions, etc.).
- Operate within predefined guidelines, procedures, and brand standards.
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment with short and medium-term brand goals.
Skills & Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or Advertising-related disciplines is a must.
- Professional qualifications such as CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or similar marketing certifications are desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in multi-brand management or marketing of several reputed brands is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience dealing with event management agencies is preferred.
- Good financial management skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
- Well-presented with effective communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

الهدف:
دور متخصص للمبتدئين يعمل ضمن فريق لدعم الأهداف المتوسطة إلى طويلة الأجل للعلامات التجارية المخصصة. يركز الدور على تعزيز الهوية المرئية وزيادة ظهور العلامة التجارية من خلال أنشطة التسويق، بما في ذلك البحث والتنسيق والتنفيذ. تعد الإبداعية عنصرًا أساسيًا حيث يقوم مسؤول التسويق بتنفيذ برامج تهدف إلى زيادة هوية العلامة التجارية والوعي بها ضمن الميزانية المحددة.

- إعداد وتنسيق وتنظيم جميع العناصر اللازمة لتنفيذ الفعاليات الداخلية.
- إدارة المنشورات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على أساس أسبوعي.
- التأكد من اتباع وتنفيذ جميع إرشادات العلامة التجارية بشكل صحيح.
- التنسيق مع وسائل الإعلام للتغطية الإعلامية والحجوزات والإعلانات.
- التعامل مع موردي الهدايا الترويجية للمواد الترويجية.
- تحليل الأداء بعد الفعاليات وإطلاق المنتجات.
- تحليل استمارات ملاحظات العملاء لأنشطة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- تقديم توصيات لحلول مبتكرة لتحسين العمليات التسويقية.
- إدارة غير مباشرة للميزانيات السنوية المعتمدة للعلامات التجارية وتقديم توصيات حول الإنفاق (المفاوضات مع الموردين، العروض الموسمية، إلخ).
- العمل ضمن خطوط إرشادية وإجراءات ومعايير العلامات التجارية المحددة مسبقًا.
- العمل في بيئة مبيعات سريعة الإيقاع بأهداف قصيرة ومتوسطة الأجل للعلامات التجارية.
المهارات والمتطلبات الوظيفية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصصات الإعلام أو التسويق أو الإعلان.
- المؤهلات المهنية مثل CIM أو شهادات التسويق المماثلة تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة العلامات التجارية المتعددة أو التسويق للعلامات التجارية المرموقة.
- سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة في التعامل مع وكالات إدارة الفعاليات تعتبر ميزة.
- مهارات جيدة في إدارة الجوانب المالية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا) أمر ضروري، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- حسن المظهر والقدرة على التواصل الفعال.
- إجادة في برامج MS Office.
