Product Specialist
Responsibilities
- Influence healthcare professionals (HCPs) by conducting regular visits to hospitals, clinics (private and government), and pharmacies to establish a scientific-based relationship and position our product as the preferred nutrition option.
- Ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure all HCPs, doctors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) receive accurate product messages, information, and clinical studies.
- Conduct scientific meetings (audio/visual) with HCPs.
- Manage the assigned geographical area by identifying business opportunities and developing initiatives to maximize potential.
- Monitor and respond to competitor activities, proposing actions to maintain our market position.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately communicate product details and address any questions from HCPs.
- Follow up on queries from HCPs, doctors, and pharmacists.
- Perform regular store checks in pharmacies and hypermarkets.
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings to review market conditions, discuss challenges, and assess activities against monthly KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activities such as consumer offers and medical conferences, reporting them to management.
- Conduct face-to-face medical detailing and maintain ongoing contact with identified HCPs within the assigned area.
- Report back on call visits and progress against set objectives.
- Attend and participate in internal meetings, working positively with the sales team and head office.
- Ensure all activities comply with WHO and local government ethical guidelines for infant formula products.

- مراقبة جميع أنشطة المنافسين، بما في ذلك العروض المقدمة للمستهلكين، المؤتمرات الطبية، وموائد النقاش والإبلاغ عنها للإدارة.
- إجراء زيارات تفصيلية طبية وجهًا لوجه والاتصال المستمر بقوائم المهنيين الصحيين المحددة في المنطقة الجغرافية المحددة.
