Job Summary:
The Husky Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure high-quality production with minimal downtime. The operator will collaborate with team members, maintain safety standards, and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines (Husky, SIPA, Netstal, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality output and minimize downtime.
- Conduct visual inspections using IMD and INTRAVIS systems.
- Follow machine start-up and shutdown procedures and update process parameters.
- Prepare shift handover reports and labels using web-based software.
- Maintain plant and machine cleanliness per ISO standards.
- Train new staff and monitor production labor activities.
- Assist maintenance during machine breakdowns and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure the availability of raw and packing materials for each shift.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating injection molding machines.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- تشغيل ومراقبة آلات قولبة الحقن (هسكي، SIPA، Netstal، إلخ).
- ضمان جودة الإنتاج وتقليل فترات التوقف.
- إجراء فحوصات بصرية باستخدام أنظمة IMD وINTRAVIS.
- اتباع إجراءات بدء وإيقاف تشغيل الآلات وتحديث معايير العمليات.
- إعداد تقارير تسليم الشفتات والعلامات باستخدام برامج قائمة على الويب.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المصنع والآلة وفقًا لمعايير ISO.
- تدريب الموظفين الجدد ومراقبة أنشطة العمالة الإنتاجية.
- مساعدة الصيانة خلال حالات تعطل الآلات وحل مشكلات الإنتاج.
- التنسيق مع فرق مراقبة الجودة والصيانة والمخازن.
- ضمان توفر المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة لكل وردية.
- خبرة في تشغيل آلات قولبة الحقن.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والسلامة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات سريعة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة.
