Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
- Responsible for executing various activities in the warehouse during specific shifts, such as receiving, tallying, quality checks, storage, stock management, movement of goods, and return goods handling, as well as ensuring safety and sanitation.
- Assist the Assistant Manager - Warehouse in ensuring adequate resources (labor, drivers) are available for daily warehouse operations and preparing shift rosters for warehouse staff.
- Suggest hiring temporary labor based on shift plans and staff requirements, and coordinate with agencies for labor supply.
- Ensure the settlement of temporary labor wages after approval from the Warehouse In-charge and process payments through accounts at the Business Unit.
- Monitor daily the tallying of goods received against purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies.
- Oversee and monitor the proper storage of goods, including stacking, binning, and documentation during shifts.
- Direct the loading of sales vans with goods based on work orders.
- Receive instructions from the Warehouse In-charge to implement new policies devised by the Purchase section in coordination with Quality Control.
- Prepare reports or provide data requested by the Senior Manager - Warehouse & Logistics or Assistant Manager - Warehouse and suggest possible improvements.
- Allocate work to subordinates, nominate employees for training, and manage leave and overtime to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure subordinates are familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and other business and communication tools.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Background in logistics, warehouse, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in warehouse functions, preferably in the FMCG or similar industries.

الوصف الوظيفي
- مسؤول عن تنفيذ الأنشطة المختلفة في المستودع خلال الورديات المحددة، مثل استلام البضائع، التحقق من الجودة، التخزين، إدارة المخزون، حركة البضائع خارج المستودع، والتعامل مع البضائع المرتجعة، بالإضافة إلى ضمان السلامة والنظافة.

- الإشراف على تخزين البضائع بشكل صحيح، بما في ذلك التكديس وتوثيق العمليات خلال الورديات.
- توجيه تحميل عربات المبيعات بالبضائع بناءً على أوامر العمل.
- تلقي التعليمات من مسؤول المستودع لتنفيذ السياسات الجديدة بالتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات ومراقبة الجودة.
- إعداد التقارير أو تقديم البيانات المطلوبة من مدير المستودع والخدمات اللوجستية أو مساعد المدير واقتراح التحسينات الممكنة.
- توزيع العمل على المرؤوسين، ترشيح الموظفين للتدريب، وإدارة الإجازات والعمل الإضافي لضمان الكفاءة.
- ضمان أن يكون المرؤوسون على دراية بالمهام والمسؤوليات الموكلة إليهم.
المهارات
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب والبريد الإلكتروني، وMicrosoft Office، وأدوات العمل والاتصال ذات الصلة.
- المعرفة بـSAP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل فعالة.
التعليم/المؤهلات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ درجة البكالوريوس تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خلفية في اللوجستيات، إدارة المستودعات، إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 8 سنوات في وظيفة المستودعات، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعات السلع الاستهلاكية السريعة (FMCG) أو صناعات مشابهة.
