Sales Officer
SPARK Athletic Center is our Fitness Facility that offers programs and services for professional, amateur, and youth athletes. Founded in 2013 as an incubator for professional and elite athletes, SPARK Athletic Center provides training, nutrition, and physical therapy programs seamlessly integrated under one roof by teams of specialists.
We believe in the importance of sports science and its integration into all aspects of training, supported by Spark LAB. SPARK Athletic Center combines the latest technology with a professional coaching staff to produce world-class results.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell membership packages to new clients, renewals, upgrades for current members, and additional services (PT training, nutrition programs, sports items).
- Maintain full knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions related to facility memberships.
- Use effective CRM and sales systems to manage client interactions and sales.
- Execute referral programs and practice up-selling and cross-selling daily.
- Enter and update customer details and inquiries in the company’s systems.
- Conduct courtesy calls to new members to ensure regular facility usage.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales objectives.
- Answer phone calls professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prospect new leads via calls, texts, emails, and local events.
- Maintain long-term clientele through sales, onboarding, and excellent service.
- Stay updated on current fitness trends.
- Address member issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Welcome and guide visitors with onsite facility tours.
- Perform administrative tasks such as renewing facility licenses and employee cards.
- Execute internal and external marketing programs as directed.
- Comply with local health and safety regulations.
- Train new team members according to user guides and SOPs.
- Carry out additional management directives as required.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Arabic conversational skills are preferred.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- الترويج وبيع باقات العضوية للعملاء الجدد وتجديدات وترقيات للأعضاء الحاليين والخدمات الإضافية (التدريب الشخصي، برامج التغذية، المواد الرياضية).
- الإلمام الكامل بالمنتجات والأسعار والعروض الترويجية المتعلقة بعضويات المرافق.
- استخدام أنظمة CRM الفعالة لإدارة التفاعلات والمبيعات مع العملاء.
- تنفيذ برامج الإحالة، بالإضافة إلى الممارسات اليومية في البيع الإضافي والتقاطعي.
- إدخال وتحديث تفاصيل العملاء واستفساراتهم في أنظمة الشركة.
- إجراء مكالمات مجاملة للأعضاء الجدد لضمان الاستخدام المنتظم للمرافق.
- تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف اليومية للمبيعات.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة مع تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية بشكل احترافي لضمان أعلى مستوى من رضا العملاء.
- البحث عن عملاء جدد من خلال المكالمات، الرسائل النصية، البريد الإلكتروني أو المشاركة في الفعاليات المحلية.
- الحفاظ على ولاء العملاء على المدى الطويل من خلال المبيعات والتوجيه وخدمة العملاء الممتازة.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم على أحدث الاتجاهات في اللياقة البدنية.
- التعامل مع قضايا الأعضاء باحترافية وإظهار التعاطف.
- الترحيب بالزوار وتقديم جولات داخل المرافق للزوار.
- تنفيذ المهام الإدارية مثل تجديد تراخيص المرافق وبطاقات الموظفين.
- تنفيذ البرامج التسويقية داخل وخارج المرافق كما يوجه المدير.
- الامتثال للإجراءات الصحية والسلامة في موقع العمل.
- تدريب الأعضاء الجدد وفقًا للإرشادات المعتمدة.
- تنفيذ توجيهات الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
- إجادة مهارات الحاسوب، خاصة في MS Office (وورد، إكسل، باوربوينت).
- عقلية موجهة نحو المبيعات مع مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء وموقف إيجابي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات جيدة في خدمة العملاء.
- يفضل التحدث باللغة العربية.
