The Position
Mission and Responsibilities
- As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be at the heart of Roche’s transformation, moving beyond offering extraordinary medicines towards much more partnership, innovation, and leadership in generative disruption.
- You will be locally embedded in the healthcare ecosystem, in a functionally agnostic role that doesn’t conform to traditional Commercial/Sales or Medical Affairs concepts.
- As an empowered leader and the face of Roche, you will collaborate closely with all stakeholders directly involved in the patient journey, understanding their needs to co-create meaningful solutions.
The Opportunity
- Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, prioritizing resources and driving solutions that deliver faster patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patient journey partners to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities, ensuring value for patients and the community.
- Guide Roche’s products through their lifecycle, supporting their appropriate use.
- Ensure stakeholders in the ecosystem have positive experiences whenever they engage with Roche employees, products, and services.
- Oversee the patient journey in its entirety, acting as a system thinker to identify shared purposes among stakeholders and co-create solutions.
- Empowered to pull in expertise and resources from local and global networks, including collaboration with other PJPs.
Who Are You
- You demonstrate a personal purpose in improving the patient journey, with a strong passion to bring value and impact to the healthcare ecosystem.
- You have deep knowledge of patient journeys and related treatments in specific disease areas, allowing engagement at the specialist level.
- You are a visionary, embedding strategy to create better health outcomes for more patients, with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional partnering capabilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- University degree in a scientific field. An advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus.
- Understanding of digital innovation methodologies and tools.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong understanding of the local market is a plus.
- Experience in Hematology/Hemophilia is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical, access, and/or commercial strategies.
- Self-managed, self-directed, and altruistic in supporting the global network.
- Ability to act boldly on key decisions and say “No” when necessary, ensuring all activities add value.

المنصب
المهام والمسؤوليات
- كـ شريك رحلة المريض (PJP)، ستكون في قلب تحول روش، حيث ننتقل من تقديم الأدوية الفائقة إلى الشراكة والابتكار والريادة في إحداث تغيير إيجابي.
- ستكون متواجدًا على المستوى المحلي ومندمجًا في النظام الصحي بطرق لا تتناسب مع المفاهيم التقليدية مثل المبيعات أو الشؤون الطبية.
- ستتعاون عن كثب مع جميع الشركاء المعنيين برحلة المريض لفهم احتياجاتهم بشكل عميق والمساهمة في إيجاد حلول ذات مغزى.

- ضمان أن تكون تجربة الشركاء في النظام الإيكولوجي إيجابية عند تعاملهم مع موظفي روش ومنتجاتها وخدماتها.
- الإشراف على رحلة المريض بالكامل والعمل كـ "مفكر منهجي" للتعرف على الأغراض المشتركة بين الأطراف المعنية والمساهمة في إيجاد حلول مشتركة.
- الحصول على الخبرة والموارد اللازمة محليًا ومن الشبكات العالمية بالتعاون مع شركاء رحلة المريض الآخرين.

- تمتلك هدفًا شخصيًا لتحسين رحلة المريض، بالإضافة إلى شغف قوي لتحقيق قيمة وتأثير في النظام الصحي.
- لديك معرفة عميقة برحلات المرضى والعلاجات المتعلقة بها في مجالات الأمراض المحددة، مما يمكّنك من التواصل على مستوى المتخصصين.
- تعتبر رائدًا في التفكير، مع عقلية ريادية وقدرات شراكة استثنائية.
- تتحدث اللغتين العربية و الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- حاصل على درجة جامعية في مجال علمي. يفضل الحاصلون على درجة متقدمة في العلوم الحياتية و/أو MBA.
- لديك فهم لمنهجيات الابتكار الرقمي وأدواته.
- تمتلك بصيرة تجارية قوية وخبرة في الاستراتيجيات الطبية والتجارية وتجربة العملاء.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- فهم قوي للسوق المحلي يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال أمراض الدم/الهيموفيليا.
- فهم شامل لاستراتيجيات الوصول الطبي والتجاري.
- القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات جريئة وضمان أن جميع الأنشطة تضيف قيمة.
