Main Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge in dealing with labor departments (Immigration, Manpower, and the General Traffic Department).
- Proficient in using computers, ministry portals, and HR systems.
- Familiar with opening and closing files for government contracts and handling their clearance processes.
- Experienced in managing visit files related to government contracts and finalizing their settlement.
Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the project budget in coordination with the Finance Department and Project Management.
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Monitor financial obligations to suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare periodic financial reports on the project's financial performance.
- Ensure expenditures align with the approved budget and analyze variances.
Engineer, Quality Controller
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor precast materials quality.
- All plants, equipments, instruments, and apparatus are regularly checked and calibrated.
- Materials are carefully maintained, stockpile, and produced complying with international standards. The parameters are complied and attested by external third-party laboratory.
- Ensure that all activities are strictly followed with the current Company Policy and Legislation in particular with respect to Health & Safety.
- Maintain the Technical Laboratory in proper working condition, including calibration of testing equipment.
- Check and review the site report.
- Directly inspect and control the activities of the Laboratory.
Quantity Surveyor
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction projects.
- Skills: Proficient in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract management; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and quantity surveying tools.

- - معرفة بفتح وإغلاق ملفات العقود الحكومية والتعامل مع إجراءات تخليصها.
- - خبرة في إدارة ملفات الزيارات المتعلقة بالعقود الحكومية وإنهاء تسويتها.
محاسب
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد ميزانية المشروع بالتنسيق مع إدارة المالية وإدارة المشاريع.
- تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية.
- مراقبة الالتزامات المالية تجاه الموردين والمقاولين.
- إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية عن الأداء المالي للمشروع.
- التأكد من أن النفقات تتوافق مع الميزانية المعتمدة وتحليل الفروقات.
مهندس، مراقب الجودة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- مراقبة جودة المواد الجاهزة.
- يتم فحص ومعايرة جميع المعدات والأجهزة والآلات بشكل منتظم.
- يتم صيانة المواد وتخزينها وإنتاجها بعناية وفقًا للمعايير الدولية. ويتم الالتزام بالمعايير والتصديق عليها من قِبل مختبر خارجي تابع لجهة خارجية.
