Senior Civil Engineer / Architect (Marble Specialist)
Job Summary
- Lead and manage marble-intensive architectural/civil projects from concept through construction. Ensure designs meet structural standards, quality, budget, and schedule while interfacing with consultants, site teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
- Lead design development, especially focusing on marble detailing, surface finishes, and material integration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—architects, civil engineers, contractors—for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, collect as-built data, and ensure finishes align with drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and best practices.
- Manage drawing revisions, maintain version control, submittal registers, and documentation tracking.
- Prepare cost estimates, and progress reports on a weekly basis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in building construction or interior finishes, with solid exposure to marble, granite, or similar high-end materials.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), and familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or 3D modeling tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural principles, construction methods, detailing, and local regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Effective communicator—fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, lead on-site coordination, and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.

- Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month

ملخص الوظيفة
- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع معمارية/مدنية كثيفة الرخام، من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ. ضمان توافق التصاميم مع المعايير الإنشائية والجودة والميزانية والجدول الزمني، مع التواصل مع الاستشاريين وفرق العمل في الموقع والعملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إنتاج الرسومات والوثائق الفنية عالية الجودة باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD (ثنائي الأبعاد وثلاثي الأبعاد).
- قيادة تطوير التصميم، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تفاصيل الرخام، والتشطيبات السطحية، ودمج المواد.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات - المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين المدنيين والمقاولين - لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
- إجراء زيارات للموقع للتحقق من الأبعاد وجمع البيانات كما تم بناؤها والتأكد من أن التشطيبات تتماشى مع الرسومات.

- من 4 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال تشييد المباني أو التشطيبات الداخلية، مع خبرة قوية في التعامل مع الرخام أو الجرانيت أو المواد المماثلة عالية الجودة.
- تعتبر الكفاءة على مستوى الخبراء في برنامج AutoCAD (أساسية)، والمعرفة ببرامج Revit أو SketchUp أو أدوات النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي للمبادئ الهيكلية والمعمارية، وطرق البناء، والتفاصيل، واللوائح المحلية.
