Firefighting Technician

• To support emergency response operations by handling firefighting equipment, performing routine checks and maintenance, and assisting in fire prevention and safety practices within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate firefighting equipment and tools safely and effectively during emergency and non-emergency situations. Respond promptly to fire alarms and other emergency calls. Conduct routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment. Participate in fire drills and training exercises. Support in hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits. Assist in the enforcement of fire safety regulations and procedures. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance activities. Provide support to other emergency response teams as required. Ensure personal readiness by maintaining physical fitness and updated knowledge of firefighting techniques. Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Firefighting or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a firefighting or emergency response role. Knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency procedures, and firefighting equipment. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

فني مكافحة الحرائق

• لدعم عمليات الاستجابة للطوارئ من خلال التعامل مع معدات مكافحة الحرائق وإجراء الفحوصات والصيانة الروتينية والمساعدة في ممارسات الوقاية من الحرائق والسلامة داخل المنشأة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تشغيل معدات وأدوات مكافحة الحرائق بأمان وفعالية أثناء حالات الطوارئ وغير الطوارئ.

مهارات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل الحصول على شهادة في مكافحة الحرائق أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مكافحة الحرائق أو الاستجابة للطوارئ. معرفة قواعد السلامة من الحرائق وإجراءات الطوارئ ومعدات مكافحة الحرائق. القدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط والعمل كجزء من فريق. مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
