Job Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards
• Produce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipes
• Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms
• Maintain standards of Health, Safety & Cleanliness
• Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales
• Operate the till in line with brand training
• Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards
• Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule
• Ensure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard

Area Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Works with stores’ managers to identify opportunities to increase sales and maximize efficiencies, staff costs, inventories
• Mentors daily, weekly and monthly/ quarterly financial performance, and ensures cash handling and banking is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assists Line Manager in reviews and budgets
• Assists in selecting competent team members
• Supports, participates in training and develops staff for future potential
• Manages employee issues and disciplinary matters
• Ensures all brand standards, policies and procedures are communicated to team members and are complied with
• Checks quality of service, coffee and food excellence

Job Summary

• To utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy’s food safety, safety and security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. 

Job Responsibilities

Order-taker/Dining Room

• This person is around the dining room customers during their entire visit.The first responsibility of the order taker / dining room position is taking the orders of customers in the serpentine when four or more customers are in line

Kitchen

• Daily restaurant opening preparations – use of knives and cutting equipment
• To prepare food as per customer orders
• Detail cleaning during low volume period
• Daily restaurant closing

Runner / Line Coordinator

• These positions are responsible for seeing that all orders, whether for the Dining Room or Pick up Window are assembled correctly within the stated time goals for the specific restaurant.On the front service line, the line coordinator/runner must be able to:
• Assist the register operator with filling orders
• Must know proper serving and bagging procedures and be able to ball all “to go orders”
• Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
• Make sure each bagged order is complete, with the receipt placed in the bag after the order is completed
• Keep bagged orders separated at the window to prevent the wrong order from going out the window

مطبخ

• الاستعدادات اليومية لافتتاح المطعم – استخدام السكاكين ومعدات التقطيع
• لإعداد الطعام حسب طلبات العملاء
• تنظيف التفاصيل خلال فترة انخفاض الحجم
• إغلاق المطعم يوميًا

عداء / منسق الخط

• تقع على عاتق هذه المناصب مسؤولية التأكد من تجميع جميع الطلبات، سواء لغرفة الطعام أو نافذة الاستلام، بشكل صحيح ضمن الأهداف الزمنية المحددة للمطعم المحدد. على خط الخدمة الأمامي، يجب أن يكون منسق الخط/العداء قادرًا على:
• مساعدة عامل السجل في ملء الطلبات
