Are you a driven leader with a passion for food service and team management? We’re looking for a Store Manager / Supervisor to join our growing fast food operation in Kuwait. If you thrive in high-energy environments and know how to deliver great customer experiences, this is your opportunity.

✅ Requirements

• Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the fast food industry

• Proven leadership skills to manage high-volume store operations

• Excellent communication in both English and Arabic

• Strong organizational, training, and people management skills

• Highly customer service oriented and results-driven

🎯 Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations and ensure service quality

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals

• Maintain customer satisfaction through hands-on supervision

• Handle inventory, store reports, and team scheduling

• Ensure hygiene, compliance, and operational standards are consistently met

• Act as the main point of contact between the store and upper management

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة

• تركيز عالٍ على خدمة العملاء والنتائج

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية داخل الفرع وضمان جودة الخدمة

• قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة

• الحفاظ على رضا العملاء من خلال إشراف مباشر وفعّال

• إدارة المخزون، التقارير، وجدولة دوام الفريق

• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الصحية والتشغيلية بشكل مستمر

• التنسيق مع الإدارة العليا وتمثيل الفرع أمامها
