Communication Manager (Bilingual)

Role Overview:

• As the Communication Manager, you will drive the end-to-end communication strategy for the core banking implementation program.
•  This includes internal updates, executive messaging, staff awareness campaigns, and coordination with vendors and regulatory bodies. 
• Your work will play a critical role in enabling successful change adoption and project delivery;

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a communication plan aligned with all project phases: planning, testing, go-live, and post-go-live;
• Manage messaging across business units, IT teams, leadership, and third-party vendors;
• Deliver internal communications via email, circulars, direct communication, and events such as town halls;
• Create communication materials including executive briefings, FAQs, presentations, and training guides (if required);
• Support change management, employee engagement, and readiness initiatives;
• Coordinate with compliance/legal for regulatory communications (e.g., Central Bank of Kuwait);
• Coordinate with core banking PMO for direction and ensure business user readiness;
• Track engagement and feedback to refine communication strategies.

Rotating Equipment Design Engineer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8+ years of experience in refinery, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry projects;
• The candidate must have an experience in the selection, design, installation and commissioning of process Gas Compressors (Centrifugal, Screw, and Reciprocating), Steam Turbines, Process Pumps, and Associated Systems;

• The candidate must have strong working knowledge of API Standards (610, 611, 612, 613, 614, 617, 618, 619, 670, 671, 674, 675, 676, 684, 685, RP 686, RP 691, 692) and Shell DEPs;
• The candidate must have experience in Feasibility Studies, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases of Major Projects;
• The candidate must be proficient in FAT, SAT, and commissioning of Rotating Equipment;
• The candidate must be familiar with Bulk Handling Systems.

نظرة عامة على الدور:

• باعتبارك مدير الاتصالات، سوف تقود استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة لبرنامج تنفيذ الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية .
•  ويتضمن ذلك التحديثات الداخلية، والرسائل التنفيذية، وحملات التوعية للموظفين، والتنسيق مع البائعين والهيئات التنظيمية. 
• سيلعب عملك دورًا حاسمًا في تمكين تبني التغيير الناجح وتسليم المشروع؛

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطة اتصال تتماشى مع جميع مراحل المشروع: التخطيط والاختبار والتشغيل المباشر وما بعد التشغيل المباشر؛

• يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة في اختيار وتصميم وتركيب وتشغيل ضواغط الغاز العملية (الطرد المركزي، والمسمار، والترددي)، والتوربينات البخارية، ومضخات العملية، والأنظمة المرتبطة بها؛

• يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح معرفة عملية قوية بمعايير API (610، 611، 612، 613، 614، 617، 618، 619، 670، 671، 674، 675، 676، 684، 685، RP 686، RP 691، 692) و Shell DEPs؛
• يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة في دراسات الجدوى، ومراحل FEED (التصميم الهندسي الأمامي)، وEPC (الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء) للمشاريع الكبرى؛
• يجب أن يكون المرشح متمكنًا من اختبارات FAT وSAT وتشغيل المعدات الدوارة؛
• يجب أن يكون المرشح على دراية بأنظمة مناولة البضائع السائبة.
