Position: Secretary General / Call Center
Location: Shuwaikh (Full-time, On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events
- Handle correspondence and support management
- Maintain records and office supplies
- Ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in call handling and CRM
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Team player with self-motivation
Pay: KD200.000 - KD300.000 per month

المنصب: أمين عام / مركز الاتصال
الموقع: الشويخ (دوام كامل، في الموقع)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة المهام الإدارية اليومية
- تنسيق الجداول والاجتماعات والفعاليات
- التعامل مع المراسلات وإدارة الدعم
- الحفاظ على السجلات واللوازم المكتبية
- ضمان سير العمليات المكتبية بسلاسة
المؤهلات:
- دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التعامل مع المكالمات وإدارة علاقات العملاء
- قدرات تنظيمية قوية وتعدد المهام
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، باوربوينت، أوت لوك)
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأمور السرية
- لاعب فريق لديه دافع ذاتي
الراتب: 200.000 - 300.000 دينار كويتي شهريًا
