Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of MEP, BMS, HVAC, and CAFM systems

• Proven experience in managing FM operations with SLA/KPI adherence

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FM operations ensuring SLA/KPI compliance

• Manage engineering and soft services teams across multiple sites

• Maintain strong client relationships

• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and HSE compliance
