Job description

• The Inventory & Cost Controller plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the inventory levels and cost management processes within the organization. 
• This position is essential for ensuring that the company maintains optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
•  The Inventory & Cost Controller will work closely with various departments to analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and implement effective inventory management strategies. 
• This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of inventory control principles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand.
• Implement cost control measures to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Develop and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
• Train and mentor staff on inventory management best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of inventory.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting related to inventory costs.

Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• • Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
• • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and performance assessments to identify learning gaps.
• • Create, update, and manage training content utilizing digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
• • Translate training manuals and materials professionally between English and Arabic to support bilingual training delivery.

• • Lead and facilitate leadership development programs to support talent growth and succession planning.
• • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data; provide actionable insights.
• • Partner with HR and management to support onboarding, ongoing development, and continuous learning initiatives.
• • Coach sales teams through role-playing, customer service training, and real-time support to drive performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• • 3–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail/Perfume/Beauty Sales Coaching.
• • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
• • Proficiency in translating training materials in both English and Arabic.
• • Experience facilitating leadership development programs is essential.
