Join Our HR Team as a Timekeeper – Payroll Division

Looking to grow your HR career in a structured and professional environment? We are hiring a Timekeeper to support our Payroll Division in ensuring accurate attendance records and smooth payroll operations. If you’re detail-oriented and experienced with MenaTech, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily employee attendance using the MenaTech system

• Validate and process various leave types (sick, official, emergency, etc.)

• Follow up with departments on missing punches or irregularities

• Maintain detailed and accurate time logs and leave balances

• Generate regular reports on attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism

• Support payroll processing with verified attendance data

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Kuwaiti labor laws

• Assist with internal and external audits related to attendance

✅ Requirements

• Diploma in HR or Business Administration is a plus

• Previous experience in timekeeping or HR support

• Proficient in MenaTech time & attendance software

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail  ↚

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

🛠️ المهام الوظيفية

• متابعة وإدارة الحضور اليومي للموظفين باستخدام نظام MenaTech

• التحقق من مختلف أنواع الإجازات (مرضية، رسمية، طارئة، إلخ) ومعالجتها

• المتابعة مع الإدارات بخصوص البصمات المفقودة أو الحضور غير المنتظم

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتوقيتات العمل وأرصدة الإجازات

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن الحضور، التأخير، والغياب

• دعم فريق الرواتب بالبيانات المعتمدة الخاصة بالحضور الشهري

• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الموارد البشرية وقانون العمل الكويتي

• المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية المتعلقة بالحضور

✅ المتطلبات

• دبلوم في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال (ميزة إضافية)

• خبرة سابقة في ضبط الوقت أو الدعم الإداري في الموارد البشرية

• إجادة استخدام نظام الحضور والانصراف MenaTech

• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل  ↚

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والمتابعة

• إجادة استخدام برنامج Excel والتقارير الأساسية

• القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة والسرية
